We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Health Insurance Agent to serve as a Compliance Specialist in our Kendall, FL call center. This vital role involves addressing and resolving compliance issues during the application submission process to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
--- Monitor the submission of health insurance applications by call center and field agents.
--- Identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues and inaccuracies in application submissions.
--- Contact customers to correct errors or complete necessary adjustments to facilitate application processing.
--- Maintain thorough knowledge of health insurance policies, compliance requirements, and updates.
--- Provide support and guidance to agents to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:
--- Licensed Health Insurance Agent in Florida.
--- Proven experience in a call center environment.
--- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
